  • Built Tire Pig from ideation to production in 12 weeks as the sole builder, automating end-to-end purchasing flows via complex fulfillment and supply-chain APIs.
  • Created the industry's first AI tire-recommendation engine with real-time nationwide availability, driver profile, and climate for a 90%+ satisfactory search rate and ~4% uplift in add-to-cart conversion rate. 
  • Architecting voice agents for phone-based sales and support, benchmarking Retell vs Vapi to optimize for low latency (<800ms) and natural turn-taking - projected to automate 36% of human support volume.
